You just have to be satisfied with knowing you done good, sleepy. Its a bit like being a bass player. Everyone loves the frontline but you and the drummer do all the work! I don't think, therefore I'm not.

In the last few months, ive done three PSR's for cases that attracted significant media intrest. In each case, i wrote, to quote the DJ a "Book" - one of those huge epic PSR's you do when it's a complex case In each case, both prosecution and defence quoted significantly from the reports, and the sentencers also made frequent reference in passing sentence did ONE SINGLE media reporting mention the report? even that one had been prepared? at times, i think just a little mention would be nice! |
