As someone who regulary manages to meet their weekly alcohol quota (I'm up to March 2010 so far), I'm a bit shocked about the governments proposals to set a minimum price of 50p per unit. Apparently, this is to stop/reduce binge drinking and the associated criminal behaviour.
So EVERYONE has to suffer just because of the actions of a (very)small minority.... |
