I know the MAPPA administrator in Bristol and believe me those glittering stilettos don't do him any favours....

A good article, but what do we think about the references to "eating chocolate digestives from a tin" and "The MAPPA administrator, wearing glittering black six-inch stilettos"?

Hi everyone

A Napo colleague in Durham has just made me aware of an article in todays Guardian newspaper. Its a very well balanced article which gives a very good overview of what probation work can involve. Hopefully it will be of use in helping members of the public gain a better understanding of what probation work is all about and more importantly, why the service should be funded appropriately to enable us to do our jobs properly.

You can read the whole article (and comment via the appropriate links) at:

Best wishes all

Jon
