It is good that you spend time posting because if it wasnĄ¯t for people like you we might forget what managers are like.
Just keep whistling as the ship goes down mate, but donĄ¯t worry, being close to the top you should be alright.
It sounds like you spend so much time kissing backsides that you could claim chapped lips as an industrial injury.

sorry for delay, we've been hit by noms pilots and our service is crumbling under this probation "tsunami", our union didnt do anything as it came to light too late and our chief left to take up post in another service.

After the NAPO Manager's confernce this week, I felt tempted to start a thread on the manager's site. We all have so many issues and I am sure could benefit from support from one another so let's give it a whirl!!!
