Individual Learning Plans(ILP)

By using an ILP with each learner that you work with, you can easily see the work that has been carried out by both yourself and the learner. You can keep track of progress and use this is carry out regular reviews of learning that has been undertaken. This will assist you in making notes for your Quarterly Returns to the ULF Project Team.
