This Conference is open to all manager members of Napo.

Confirmed speakers include Lord David Ramsbotham, Frances Crook, Director of The Howard League for Penal Reform, and Robin Wilkinson, HR Director NOMS. Additionally there will be workshops plus a listening and feedback slot.
