 …………..you might be interested in attending a special training day on H&S for Napo Family Court Section members in Cafcass.  We aim to recruit new H&S reps - a crucial role in ensuring the employer attends promptly to its health and safety responsibilities.  This is best done when each workplace has a H&S rep.

If you are interested, please see attached info..  If your sub section of Napo elects you to be a rep, you are then entitled to time off for training.  If you are an unelected but interested Napo member you would not be entitled to time off.  However, your Convenor may be able to negotiate this time for you retrospectively in the event that you are nominated as H&S rep.
