Napo and our sister trade unions have now submitted the 2020/21 pay claim to the National Probation Service. The claim seeks to build on the progress that was made in the 2018 pay deal and the unions are making it very clear that our members expect the pay progression arrangements that formed part of that agreement to be honoured in full, although as previously advised, this may not be paid on 1st April. We are expecting an acknowledgement of the claim from the employer and will be issuing more news to members following this, and next weeks meeting of your National Executive Committee.
