Survey about gender and union effects of TR and the probation split

This is an online survey about your experiences of TR and the probation split, being carried out by Professor Gill Kirton and Dr Cecile Guillaume of Queen Mary University of London as part of their research on the gender and union effects of TR. Gill and Cécile will share the survey results with Napo, but the research is entirely independent and all responses will be anonymous.

This is a opportunity for you to have your say about how you are affected by TR and the probation split. We anticipate that the survey will help Napo to achieve a fuller understanding of what is happening to members in probation workplaces so that we can move forward with an evidence-based strategy for organising our union. For more information ssuleman@napo.org.uk

The survey is online and should take around 10-15 minutes to complete. You can save your responses and return to the survey later if you don’t have time to complete it in one go.

Please take part – we want to hear from as many members as possible. The survey will close on 10th July 2015.

Please note that if you take the survey from your workplace, when you click on the link the Probation web screen is triggered and you have to click two or three times to say you are happy for the gsi network to analyse information for security purposes.
