On 28 March, Napo will stand shoulder to shoulder with communities across the country as part of the Together Alliance, united against racism, hate and division. The values we defend every day in our workplaces — dignity, equality, justice and respect — are the same values under threat in our society.
As a proudly anti-racist trade union, we know silence is not neutral. Racism harms our members, damages the communities we serve, and undermines fairness and public safety. Showing up is how we turn principle into action.
By mobilising together, we send a clear message: probation and family court staff stand for inclusion, solidarity and justice for all. Our Anti-Racist Action Plan and Pledge are not just words — they are a commitment to challenge discrimination, confront inequality and build a profession rooted in fairness.
Join us on 28 March. Stand with your union. Stand against racism. Stand for the values that define who we are.

Get your banners out
We’re launching a Napo banner-making competition. Branches, workplaces and individuals are invited to design bold, eye-catching banners that reflect our values: anti-racist, pro-worker, pro-public service.
Whether it’s a powerful slogan about solidarity, a creative design reflecting probation and family court work, or something that captures why unity matters in 2026 we want to see it.
Winning banners will be featured prominently across our digital channels. This is our chance to show that probation and family court staff stand proudly for equality and justice inside and outside the workplace.
