For the first time in several decades, there will be no stall selling new books at this year’s Napo Conference. There will, however, be a second-hand bookstall, run by the Retired Members’ Network (RMN) to raise funds for the RMN’s activities in 2024.
We would urge you to bring to Nottingham all those books you’ve been meaning to take to the charity shop for years: fiction, literature, history, politics, sociology, philosophy, cooking, travel, children’s... (though nothing too esoteric or you’ll have to take it home again)!
Novels are the best bet and every book should be in good condition.
We will sell your books for £2 each with all proceeds going towards the RMN’s organising fund, which will reduce the RMN’s burden on Napo HO in these difficult times!
