Notice in writing of any Motions from a National Committee/Network, Branch/Family Court Section, the Forum or two individual Full or Professional Associate Members of Napo must be received by the General Secretary at motions@napo.org.uk by 12 noon on Wednesday 16th August 2023.
Please also note that as 2023 is not a Constitutional year, Constitutional Amendments may only be submitted by the National Executive Committee (NEC).
Motions should be sent to Napo head office via email: motions@napo.org.uk on the appropriate form, as provided in BR11/2023.
Please give your Motion a short descriptive title and complete the details for members to be contacted regarding any queries that arise.
Word limit – 200 words (TITLE EXCLUDED)
Please note that motions exceeding 200 words will be edited in consultation with the proposers.
Forms should be emailed to motions@napo.org.uk putting ‘Motion for AGM 2023’ as the subject of the email.
While receipt of Motions will be acknowledged, we would remind those submitting these for AGM of their responsibility to ensure that these have been received at Head Office by the given deadline.
