Napo members who are Senior Probation Officers may want to consider contributing the current HMIP ‘Thematic Inspection of Frontline Leadership and Management Oversight in Probation’ by completing a survey online. The deadline for the completion of this survey has recently been extended to 5pm on Monday the 31st of July 2023.
HMIP have stated this survey will enable SPO’s to provide them with their views on these aspects of their operational roles in Probation. Responses are confidential, individuals will not be identified in the final report and only statistical analysis will be reported. Care will be taken to ensure any direct quotes do not compromise anonymity. Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary.
