The next Partnership meeting between the Employer and Trade Unions is due to take place on 28th April.
Prior to that Napo's Cafcass Section Executive is meeting soon to consider the joint pay claim for 2025 that will be submitted to senior management. It is not yet clear when formal negotiations will commence as these are dependant on when the pay remit from Goverment is issued to the Cabinet Office and Treasury.
It is expected that this may appear in May but a further update will follow when this is confirmed.
