Let’s talk about Menopause

The next Women in Napo Network meeting is on Tuesday 16th June 1pm-2pm via Teams.

We’re pleased to welcome Tracey Varela from ‘Supporting the Workplace in Menopause’ (SWIM) Network of HMPPS who will be introducing a session to talk openly about menopause, the support currently available in the workplace, and the work being progressed at a national level to improve awareness and provision. The session will provide an overview of policies, resources and ongoing activity, as well as create a safe and supportive space for discussion.

Napo members are encouraged to share their experiences, insights and ideas, to help shape the Employer’s understanding and inform future support. 

Please be assured that everything shared at Women in Napo meetings always is confidential; no meetings are ever recorded. We may report back anecdotally on general comments but anonymity will always be ensured. 

Napo did a survey 10 years ago and the details are here and we’re looking to do an updated Menopause Survey again too.
