Members have rejected the insulting 4% pay offer
With a hugely impressive turnout of 83.46% of voting members, 88.97% voted to reject the employers pitiful pay offer with just 11.03% voting to accept.
The PNC met just after the ballot closed, and next steps will be discussed in a series of meetings including:
- Napo’s National Executive Committee
- Napo Branch Chairs/Vice-Chairs/Convenors/Secretaries
- A planned further meeting of the PNC.
To support our preparations for potential industrial action we will also be calling a meeting of our NEC's Industrial Action Sub-Committee, if possible by early next week.
Please stay tuned for what we will need from you next.
