Anyone who wants to represent individual members in personal cases (attendance management, grievance, conduct & discipline, performance procedures for example) or become a Health & Safety rep should look to attend one of the courses provided for Napo members by either Napo internally (these are 3-day online courses) or organised by the Trades Union Congress (TUC) or the General Federation of Trade Unions (GFTU).
